This privacy policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit this website (the GoSorted marketing website and its regional pages). It covers the website only — if you become a GoSorted customer, data handled inside the GoSorted service is covered by a separate agreement and privacy notice.
This website is owned and operated by Levain Invest L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, licence number 2416266.01 ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@gosorted.co. For visitors in Australia, we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect, and why
Demo and contact requests. When you contact us — for example by clicking "Book a demo", which opens an email to hello@gosorted.co — we receive the information you choose to include: typically your name, email address, phone number, business name and message. We use it to respond to you, arrange a demo and follow up about GoSorted, and we keep the correspondence for as long as we have an ongoing relationship or a genuine business need.
Technical data. Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) automatically processes basic technical data needed to serve and secure the site — such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested — as standard server logs used for security and operation.
Region preference. If you choose a region (Australia, Sverige, Norge), that choice is stored in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It stays on your device, is not a tracking cookie, and can be cleared in your browser settings at any time.
What we don't do
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies, runs no third-party profiling analytics, and we do not sell or trade personal information.
Who we share information with
We use service providers to operate this website and our email — currently Vercel Inc. (website hosting) and our email provider. They process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. Information may be processed in countries other than Australia, including the United Arab Emirates, the European Union and the United States. Where personal information is disclosed overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Your rights and complaints
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@gosorted.co. If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), oaic.gov.au.
