Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of GoSorted. By signing up, you agree to them. We have written them in plain English. If anything is unclear, email hello@gosorted.co.
1.Who we are
GoSorted ('we', 'us') provides CRM software and onboarding services for trade and service businesses in Australia.
2.Your account
You are responsible for your account, your team's access, and all activity that happens on it. Keep your password secure. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.
3.Billing
Your plan and pricing are agreed during onboarding. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually until cancelled. All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
4.Refunds
If you are not happy in the first 30 days after paying, email us and we will refund the most recent charge in full. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion.
5.Cancellation
You can cancel any time. You will keep access until the end of your billing period. No further charges will be made.
6.Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
7.Your data
You own your data. We process it on your behalf to provide the service. We do not sell it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8.Uptime and outages
We aim for 99.9% uptime. If we have prolonged outages, contact support and we will discuss credits in good faith.
9.Acceptable use
Do not use GoSorted to break the law, send spam, infringe IP, or harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.
10.Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. We will email you at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
11.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.
