Plain-English Privacy Policy. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Notifiable Data Breach scheme.
1.What we collect
Account info (name, email, phone, business name, ABN), customer data you upload, payment info (processed by our payment provider, we never see card numbers), and product analytics (pages viewed, features used).
2.Why we collect it
To provide the service, send invoices, process payments, improve the product, and help you when you need support.
3.Who we share it with
Our payment, hosting, email, SMS and error-tracking providers — only what they need to deliver the service. We do not sell or rent your data.
4.Where it's stored
Your data is stored with enterprise cloud providers in encrypted form. Backups are encrypted and retained for 30 days.
5.Your rights under the Privacy Act
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email privacy@gosorted.co and we will respond within 30 days.
6.Breach notification
If we discover a data breach likely to cause serious harm, we will notify you and the OAIC as required by the Notifiable Data Breach scheme.
7.Cookies
We use cookies for authentication and analytics.
8.Children
GoSorted is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
